I coach all school ages but the session outline will differ depending on the age.
The coaching session works best in a group of 10-15 pupils and is practical and interactive. I focus on building confidence using mindful techniques, along with strategies for everyday living.
This is achieved using drama strategies, breath work, movement, music and the spoken word. The sessions are fun and inclusive.

I provide entertainment for senior residents which incorporate singing, gentle movement and a trip down memory lane. Part entertainment, part interactive, this coaching is designed to stimulate the body and mind.
