Clare is joyful and driven. She has appeared on national live TV as a Beauty Guest for the home shopping channels Ideal World and TJC.  With a Complete Skincare qualification, Clare is passionate about helping people look and feel their best. She currently presents Weekend Calling, a drive-time show on NLive Radio, featuring regular interviews with legends from the music industry. These conversations also form the core of her podcast, Nourish Your Think Tank, available on all major podcast platforms and also featured on her YouTube channel. Clare is also the host of Clare's Happy Monday, an early breakfast show with one simple mission: to help people feel good for the week ahead. As a Voiceover, her work includes narrating The Economist’s Morning Briefing podcast, as well as commercials for global brands including Amazon and Spotify.

As a regular contributor to Transformation Coaching Magazine and the author of Happiness is Happening: 52 Ways to High Vibe!, Clare shares her insights on raising your energy and living your best life. The book is available on Amazon.

Clare brings years of experience in the entertainment industry, as a singer. She thrives on the live performance aspect and fronts Party Central, a high-energy function band that performs at weddings and corporate events. Their client list includes Travis Perkins, Hoare Lea, Outform, and Miss Galaxy UK. Clare also performs in The Luminaires, an acoustic duo known for their live lounge-style sets.

With academic and vocational training, she holds an MA, BA (Hons), PG Dip, and CertEd in Performing Arts, Music, and Media disciplines. Before transitioning to presenting, she had a rewarding career as a lecturer, teaching drama and performing arts. During that time, she directed numerous productions and inspired hundreds of students to follow their dreams and believe in themselves.

Clare weaves her positive energy into her presenting work. A lifelong learner, she has trained in Mindfulness, Coaching, and Reiki and is attuned to human energy, frequency, and auras. 

An avid abstract artist, Clare also enjoys creating paintings that often emerge from a stream of consciousness. Her work has been exhibited at many galleries, including Grand Designs Live, and she won the public vote as ‘Artist of the Month’ at jGallery. Clare is particularly drawn to painting abstract Angels, often on large monochrome canvases.
