Clare is a joyful and versatile presenter who is driven and professional. She can be seen presenting on national live TV for home shopping channel, Ideal World as a Beauty Guest. With a Complete Skincare qualification, she is passionate about helping people to look and feel their best. She currently presents a drive time show on NLive Radio called Weekend Calling, which includes regular interviews with legends in the music business. The interviews also form part of her Podcast, Nourish Your Think Tank, which is available on all major pod catchers and can be seen on her YouTube channel. Clare also hosts an early breakfast show called Clare's Happy Monday, with the sole intention of making people feel good for their week ahead!
She is a regular contributor for Transformation Coaching Magazine and the author of 'Happiness is Happening: 52 way to High Vibe!' Her book is available on Amazon.
With many years experience working in the entertainment industry as a singer, Clare enjoys the live aspect of every performance. Her band, Party Central are a live function band and have performed at many wedding's and events. Their client list includes, Travis Perkins, Hoare Lea, Outform and Miss Galaxy UK. She also sings in a live lounge style acoustic duo called, The Luminaires.
Clare has a BA (Hons), PG Dip, MA and CertEd in Performing Arts, Music and Media subjects, as well as various Life Coaching qualifications. Before moving into presenting, Clare had a career as an educator, with drama and performing arts at the heart of her lecturing and teaching practice. During that time she directed numerous productions, and encouraged and inspired hundreds of students to believe in themselves, and to follow their dreams. Clare weaves her positive energy into her presenting work. As a life-long learner, she has trained in Mindfulness, Coaching and Reiki and is tuned into human energy, frequency and auras and is a practitioner member of The Complementary Medical Association (MCMA). She offers creative and spiritual coaching to individuals, businesses and schools, to share how we can all raise our vibe to live a happy and fulfilled life.
Another creative passion is painting and she loves to paint abstract art. Her creations often arrive from a stream of consciousness. She has exhibited paintings at many exhibitions including Grand Designs Live, and once won the public vote as 'Artist of the Month' at jGallery. Clare loves to paint abstract Angels. These are usually as large monochrome canvases.
